Taco Tuesday at Taco John’s is always good…gotta have them once in a while…triple extra tomatoes and extra sauce. My old boss’es wife works there and she always knows when it’s me at the drive up and makes my tacos extra good. Thanks Lori!
Has everyone seen the newest Star Wars movie? I took Adam to see it a couple weeks ago. It was ok, not spectacular. I think the best one was the one with Jar-Jar Binks…not many other Star Wars fans would agree with me tho. Hey, that’s their opinion.
Got off work early today, but have to go in on my day off Thursday for a few hours. My check this week will be a good one, 40 hours vacation pay and 8 hours holiday pay plus I worked about 10 hours on Saturday that week. Too bad all my checks can’t be like that. Well it’s Monday again. I haven’t done much since the last posting. Finished staining the fence that’s up. Will be putting the 2nd half up after the pad is poured for the patio in the back. Bill plans on building a form and then having the cement truck come in and just pour a pad. Doesn’t that sound like fun? Anyway…………Does anyone read this??????? If you do…put in a comment k?

Well, hi again…it’s June 8th already. I’m looking forward to my vacation in July (not quite a month away). Well, I’m elected to paint the cow in the Columbus Chamber of Commerce thing they are having again this year. Menards will have one this year. Big Whoop. Anyway, enough about work. My sunburn is starting to peel, so it doesn’t hurt so much now. Adam went camping last night with a couple of his buddys and they about blew away in the wind, but they didn’t get rained on (much). He said it was so windy that he had to take down the tent. They just sat up all night and he was home this morning at 7:30. Pat is looking for a second job so he can pay his bills (having a car is expensive). Anyway, that’s all for today…love ya!

Well, it’s back to work today. We got a lot of our fence put up, and I was out there in the sun yesterday staining it…got a nice sunburn too…I didn’t think I was out there that long, but I guess I was. Anyway, the fence looks nice. And I need to buy some aloe vera jel before work so I don’t suffer all day long, well I will suffer tho, I’ll be back to work LOL. Well vacation was nice anyway. We went to Grand Island last night and tried out the new Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant there. It was just OK, nothing spectacular. They had about 40 people working there, still training I guess. After that we went to visit my brother Rick. Hi Rick. Anyway, that’s all for now, have to go to work. Bye.

Well, we’re progressing nicely on our privacy fence. Got about half done with it, and most of what’s up got stained today. Bill and the boys have been digging holes and putting in the posts, and putting up the fence panels the last couple of days, and I have been staining all of it. It looks nice so far. Well, that’s all for today, I’m pretty tired…going to bed. Bye.

Well, I hope everyone had a nice weekend! I didn’t do much this weekend. We went to Norfolk and bought our fence and posts Saturday, they delivered them Sunday, and we stained and put in a couple of the posts today. It will be slow going, especially if it keeps raining on us. Went to the cemeteries today too. (Special note to the people I sent the 3 pictures to…sorry they were so big.) I’ll try to get them set up on here for everyone else to see…not tonight though, I’m tired and have to get up early tomorrow again. Anyway, that’s about all I have today, so bye.
