Space station, shuttle, and falling stars.
What a beautiful night last night! We went to our friends’ house last night and spent about 5 hours stargazing, and it was spectacular! The weather was perfect, hardly any wind, very few bugs, and nice temperatures. We saw the space station go by at a little after 10pm, and again around midnight. There were a lot of falling stars and satellites and airplanes going over. I really enjoyed myself. We also decided to start a new company…”Starburn Industries Incorporated”…we’ll make a kind of lotion that protects against starburn (you obviously know what sunburn and moonburn are, now you’ve heard of starburn). Our pitch will be…”When stargazing, don’t forget to use your SPF80 (that’s Star Protection Factor 80) lotion, guaranteed to protect you from starburn!” LOL we had a riot with that one! OK so now if anyone else in the world starts something like this…you know I thought of it first! LOL!!! Anyway, I think the last time I spent that long stargazing was about 20 years ago when we went to visit Joe and Barb in Montana. Now that you’ve had your day’s ration of humor, have a lovely day. K bye.
