Vacation coming up soon…
Yay! I have a week of vacation coming up this weekend! We don’t have anything special planned yet, although I’ll probably be working harder at home this week than I would have at work. We are planning on putting in some privacy fences around here…not going to close of the entire yard, just putting them in a few places to make the back yard more private. I think I’ll look in the Nebraska visitors guide and see whats all going on in the state for Memorial weekend. Maybe I can find something that we all can do together. We also will make the rounds to the cemeteries too…have a few memories to revisit. We mowed some at the Platte Center cemetery a few weeks ago and trimmed up some of the trees. Got about a third of the way through and one of the Hoadley’s came out there and said he was going to do the rest with his riding mower. He was also going to haul away the tree branches that we trimmed. It should look nice for Memorial weekend. Anyway, thats all I have for now. Leave a comment, ok? Bye for now.

Hey there Cindy!!! This is totally awesome!! (said like a valley girl) I like the idea of your privacy fence!!! Neat. I love this! Keeps you out of trouble a bit? Guess you can’t crochet during this nicer weather so what’s a girl to do? No…I am sure you keep busy what with your job and household chores plus now yardwork. Nope, I don’t crochet anymore. I’m getting old and my wrist can’t take it…the repetative motion that is. Also working so much I don’t have time for it. I come home, check my e-mail, take my makeup off, and go to bed. Then get up in the morning and start over again. Anyway, we do have a few peoneys (or peonies…or peonees…how do you spell that?), my roses are blooming in the front…no garden this year. Well, that’s all I have for now, bye.
