$956.00

Yeah, I took the car in on Saturday to the Ford dealer and that’s what it costs to replace the intake manifold. I think the best purchase I ever made was buying the extended warranty when I bought my car…it’s definately paid for itself! I ended up paying only about $50 for tax and shop supplies. So I had the work done on Tuesday when I was at work, and Wednesday morning on my way to work, the Check Engine light came on. I thought what now? They screwed something up. So I turned around quick and got Bill’s car and drove that to work. Bill checked out my car and decided it was ok to drive it back to the Ford dealer. I guess it was just a loose wire (phew). Anyway, vacation in just over a week. I still don’t know if we’re going anywhere, might just stay home and go to the activities going on around here during the week. 4th of July coming up fast, so still planning on the show at Ag Park. Well, I guess that’s all for today. Remember, you can comment on here now without being registered, so try it. K Bye

Smart move getting the warranty. That was a good chunk of change you saved. May try to get over there on Sunday for the quilt show downtown. Will see if its to hot. If it is will stay home in the air conditioning.

Finally found the password etc for this, you didn’t get it changed so anyone can post as it wouldn’t let me in without the password. Love ya Mom
