Inspired by my oldest son, I’m going to attempt writing on my blog today…5-1\/2 years after my last entry. I had to dig around for my password…it still worked so I guess I should change it now, right?
\nWhere do I start? How about saying that I went out for a girls day yesterday with some dear friends from long ago. We spent the time sitting on the deck, drinking and reminiscing about the old days…just a small group of us doing the social distancing and being careful as required by the damn pandemic. 2020 has just been a lost and wasted year for everyone. That’s what made it so special and so fun! I haven’t laughed so hard for a very long time…I needed that and I appreciate being invited. I really hope that we can do it again soon, and next time maybe a few more people will be there…maybe we could do a potluck so we don’t drink all that wine without a little food first! On the other hand, it’s not a party unless someone celebrates a little too much (not stating names of course lol). I’m not really much of a drinker but I did have some. I’m not sure of the brand, but whatever kind it was, wasn’t bad at all.
\nSo, even though I haven’t posted anything on here in over 5 years, I can’t think of much else to say for now. So I guess I’ll leave it at that for today. Maybe I’ll think of something else to say later. Love ya, bye for now…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
