Had a fun time in Kansas City, even if Steve’s race was cancelled. He got an expensive t-shirt and a plastic cup. It was supposed to snow 6-12 inches so they cancelled the marathon on Friday night. Saturday it rained pretty much all morning and didn’t change over to ice and snow until noon or 1. Snowed a total of 4-5 inches of heavy wet snow. This morning for the trip home, the roads were clear. Stopped at Terribles Casino in St. Joe MO on the way back. Played slots for a little while and roulette, and we all had a good Sunday brunch at their buffet. They had oysters on the half shell (which Bill liked) and prime rib (which I liked).
